The booster system provided by Taizhou Fuente Company has a flow rate of up to 400NL/min, a working pressure of up to 500bar, and a pressure adjustment error of ± 2bar.
Water assisted injection molding technology is a new type of molding method for producing hollow or partially hollow injection molded products. The advantages are: thick molded products, very smooth inner surfaces, and short cooling time. The main demand comes from suppliers of hollow products for automobiles. The working pressure of the boosting system provided by our company can reach 400 bar, and the output flow rate can be adjusted from 0-15L/min at 400 pressure. It can control two injection molding machines simultaneously, and both injection molding machines can independently control pressure and flow.
