Application of high-pressure physical foaming nitrogen pressurization equipment in nitrogen pressurizati Application of gas booster pump in gas assisted injection molding
Introduction to Principles
When forming, first inject accurately measured molten material into the mold cavity, and then inject gas (usually nitrogen) into the molten material through a special nozzle. The gas diffusion pushes the molten material to fill the mold cavity.
During the injection molding process, a relatively low pressure gas is injected into the melt, usually several to tens of megapascals, to maintain pressure and compensate for shrinkage.
Pressure injection method
At the point of gas injection, gas will only enter the plastic when its pressure is greater than that of the plastic.
