Introduction to Fuente Pneumatic Gas Boosting System

The pneumatic gas boosting system is a compact and easy-to-use system that assembles the gas boosting pump and various components into a tubular frame or enclosed box according to the actual needs of customers. Pressure gauges, valves, pressure regulators, etc. are all panel mounted. The output pressure can be adjusted by setting the air pressure regulator. When the set pressure is reached, the pump automatically stops and resumes operation when the pressure drops

    1. The working pressure can reach 1600bar

    2. Flow rate: Standard 1350L/min

When the set pressure is reached, there is no additional energy consumption

    4. No need for power supply (applicable to fields that require explosion-proof)

The pneumatic gas boosting system can be used at low cost for producing compressed air and filling bottled gas, and can meet many requirements for high-pressure compressed air.

Pneumatic gas boosting system is used in the industrial field for: pneumatic chuck clamping in machine tools, accumulator inflation, high-pressure cylinder inflation, converting low-pressure gas into high-pressure gas, etc. Any gas source with insufficient pressure, whether it is industrial machinery or testing equipment, can use pneumatic boosting system (can be equipped with gas storage tank)

Choosing a pneumatic boosting system can reduce circuits and save time and effort.

The core component of the air booster pump can be used as a component or as a complete power source system (with added valves and fittings).

Adopting a pneumatic boosting system without electric sparks, it can be fully used in places with flammable and explosive gases.
