Special equipment for pressure testing of pipe fittings and valves

For a domestic testing unit, Fuente has completed the acceptance of the water pressure test and blasting test equipment designed according to the customer's on-site working conditions. One water pressure strength test bench, one water pressure blasting test machine, and three sets of high-pressure pipelines have been delivered on site. Four sets of work fixtures can be used for rapid inspection and qualification judgment of pipelines on site.

1. This device can be used for liquid pressure testing.

2. Can conduct blasting and pressurization tests. The control method is digital display control type

3. During liquid pressure testing, compressed air is used as the power source, and the output liquid pressure is proportional to the driving gas source pressure.

4. By adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source, the corresponding liquid pressure can be obtained. (Can be set with digital display control)

5. When the driving gas source pressure is balanced with the liquid pressure, the gas-liquid booster pump stops charging, and the output liquid pressure stabilizes at the preset pressure. Therefore, it has the characteristics of explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure, small size, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, and wide applicability.

6. Two independent high-temperature liquid booster pumps are used to boost oil and water, and a built-in circulation pump is used for medium circulation and recovery, as well as setting various temperatures for the heater water tank.

7. During the gas pressure test, compressed air is directly connected through the air inlet on the side of the box, and then the test piece is tested through the high-pressure switch on each workstation.

8. The entire device is easy to operate, with only a few switches needed to operate it.
