It uses compressed air as a power source, relies on cylinders to tighten and seal gas cylinders, and is automatically controlled by PLC to control the tightening, sealing, and filling process of the cylinders. By adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source and setting the PLC parameters, the corresponding test gas pressure can be obtained. The main power sources of the equipment are gas and power, therefore it has the characteristics of explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure, small size, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, and wide applicability. It is particularly suitable for pressure testing and inspection of pressure equipment such as valves, pipelines, connectors, and pressure vessels. It is also suitable as a testing tool for scientific research and inspection departments.
