Operation steps of water pressure testing equipment

1. Fill the test piece and water tank with water in advance (the water should be clean and free of impurities)

2. Connect the high-pressure pipeline outlet of the testing equipment according to the thread specifications of the tested component

3. Connect the air source drive port with a diameter of 12 and a 220V power supply (three hole socket)

4. The pressure regulating valve on the equipment is used to adjust the driving air source. Usually, we set it to 0.6Mpa, while this equipment has an 80:1 ratio. The output pressure is 80 times higher than the driving air source (0.3-0.8Mpa). If the drive is 0.4Mpa, then the output pressure is 4 * 80=320bar.

5. The steps for setting up the digital display control screen are as follows

6. Press the "SET" button for the first time to set the upper limit pressure (i.e. detection pressure) by pressing "▲" or "▼". Press the "SET" button for the second time to set the lower limit pressure (qualified pressure) by pressing "▲" or "▼"; Press the "SET" button for the third time and set the holding time by pressing "▲" or "▼"; Press the "SET" button for the fourth time to confirm. The "DEL" button is the alarm release button (long press for two seconds) or the "stop" button to release the alarm.

After setting up, empty the air inside the test piece, start the water injection pump, turn on the high-pressure switch, and close the unloading valve.

8. Press the start button on the console, and the system will automatically increase the pressure according to the set pressure. After reaching the set pressure, it will automatically stop working, manually turn off the high pressure switch, and enter the holding time. After the holding time reaches the set requirements, the blue buzzer will sound an alarm, indicating that the test piece is qualified. Manual unloading.

If the pressure drops beyond the lower limit pressure during the holding time, the red buzzer will sound an alarm, indicating that the test piece is not qualified. Open the unloading button and remove the test piece.

After the test is completed, turn off the high voltage switch, turn on the unloading switch, and proceed to the next test,

11. Blasting pressure setting. After returning to the main page, press and hold "▲" for 2 seconds to enter the blasting page. The operation steps are the same as above. If the test piece is blasted, the instantaneous blasting pressure can be recorded.

Water pressure testing equipment note:

The pressure regulating valve is set to adjust the driving air pressure by pulling it up, clockwise as "+", and counterclockwise as "-".
