Introduction to the functions of the pressure gauge calibration table, what is its principle?

    The principle of the pressure gauge calibration table is as follows

    The pressure gauge calibration platform uses a gas-liquid booster as the pressure source: it uses compressed air as the power source, and outputs hydraulic pressure proportional to the driving gas source pressure. By adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source, the corresponding hydraulic pressure can be obtained. According to the different pressures of the test piece, adjust the driving gas pressure, and the gas-liquid booster produces high-pressure liquid. After passing through the pressure control system, it is transported to the test piece through the high-pressure pipeline for pressure gauge calibration.

    Structure and function of pressure gauge calibration table

    The pressure gauge calibration platform consists of a boosting system and an operating table. The boosting system uses a gas-liquid booster, and different gas-liquid boosters are selected for boosting tests based on the tested components.

    Gas liquid booster ZTG100: Boost ratio 60:1;

    Boosting medium: water or hydraulic oil;

    Drive pressure 0.1-0.8MPa;

    Output pressure 0-48MPa;

    Using a precision compressed air pressure regulating valve to control the compressed air source, the air source controls the output pressure of the booster, and the pressure is slowly and accurately increased. After the experiment is completed, the test chamber is unloaded, and the test medium can flow back to the internal water tank of the test bench through the filter to ensure liquid circulation and equipment cleanliness.
