2. The air pressure is 3-8 bar. According to your requirements, it is recommended to drive the air pressure at 7-8 bar and the inlet pressure should be above 4 Mpa. Output pressure=driving pressure * 60+inlet pressure of pressurized gas;
3. When driving air into the booster pump, it is proposed to add an oil-water separator as shown in the following figure
4. Air source quality standards: Please choose a clean air source to ensure that the pump can operate continuously and stably. Meet the requirements in the table below.
5. Air source lubrication: When the air booster pump leaves the factory, all moving parts have been coated with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, and generally do not require lubrication. If it is driven by dry compressed gas for a long time, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the oil cup of the binary system for oil mist lubrication.
6. Air source pressure: The small driving pressure of this pump is 1.5-2 bar, and the large design driving pressure is 10 bar. It is recommended to keep the usage period between 6-8 bar. The required operating pressure can be achieved by adjusting the pressure of the pressure regulating valve.
7. The driving pressure of the air booster pump cannot exceed 10 bar. If it is driven through pipeline air, there must be reliable pressure reducing valves and relief valves.
8. Connecting pipelines: Select appropriate inlet and outlet connecting pipelines based on the output pressure and flow rate of the air booster pump to ensure that they can withstand the high output pressure and flow rate of the pump.
9. The diameter of the connecting pipeline of the driving port of the gas booster pump should be slightly larger than the nominal size of the connecting thread of the pump's driving port. If the connecting diameter becomes smaller, it will greatly affect the working efficiency of the pump!
10. All pneumatic booster pumps have been lubricated before leaving the factory, and no special lubrication or maintenance is required during operation. Only apply appropriate lubricating grease when disassembling and repairing.

1. The working cycle of the high-pressure gas booster pump is about 900000 to 1.2 million times (requiring replacement of the sealing ring - high-pressure seal). The reciprocating cycle of the booster pump is about 30-60 times per minute. Generally speaking, it is recommended that customers stop the booster pump for 15 minutes after starting it for one hour to rest. This can prevent premature wear of the sealing ring caused by prolonged operation of the booster pump.
2. The sealing ring used for the gas booster pump is imported sealing ring or Hong Kong Sida Hang sealing ring. The company has sufficient stock of sealing rings to meet customer needs.
3. Precautions: According to the output pressure calculation formula, the inlet pressure should not be too low. It is necessary to observe the changes in the inlet pressure of the double pressurized gas in a timely manner and replace the steel cylinder accordingly.
4. It is recommended to install a filtering device at the inlet of the high-pressure gas booster pump to prevent the high-pressure seal from being worn and the one-way valve from being blocked due to unclean pressurized gas.
