Firstly, before using a pneumatic booster pump, it is necessary to clarify the diameter of the driving pressure output pipe that needs to be installed on site. The inlet of the Feentor is usually a 12mm quick connector. The output end is generally G1/2 internal thread, and the on-site user needs to replace the corresponding joint according to the thread size of the pump for connection. In addition, for the use of a two in one combination, oil (30 # turbine oil is sufficient) needs to be added, and the oil volume can be adjusted by adjusting the oil volume (3-5 drops/min), and then the driving air pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure nut. The output pressure is a multiple of the driving air pressure.
Finally, the pneumatic booster pump will automatically stop by observing whether the high-pressure gauge rises and changes normally. When the pressure becomes a multiple of the driving air pressure, the pump will stop automatically. If equipped with a high-pressure outlet pressure reducing valve, the pressure reducing valve can be adjusted to the desired pressure.
