Driving air pressure
The driving pressure of the air booster pump cannot exceed 10 bar. If it is driven through pipeline air, there must be reliable pressure reducing valves and safety valves. Usually, the driving pressure range of the air booster pump is 2-8 bar
Connecting pipeline:
Select appropriate inlet and outlet connection pipelines based on the output pressure and flow rate of the booster pump to ensure that they can withstand the maximum output pressure and flow rate of the pump. The diameter of the connecting pipeline of the pump drive port should be slightly larger than the nominal size of the connecting thread of the pump drive port. If the connecting diameter becomes smaller, it will greatly affect the working efficiency of the pump! For example, the impact of traffic, if the statistics are too small, it will affect the output of traffic.
conveyed medium
The conveying medium of the air booster pump can only be air.
It is not allowed to use an air booster pump to boost media other than air, in order to prevent the purity of the boosted media from not meeting the requirements.
maintenance
All pneumatic booster pumps are pre lubricated before leaving the factory, and no special lubrication or maintenance is required during operation. Only when disassembled and repaired can appropriate lubricating grease be applied.
