Technical parameters and characteristics of turbocharging system under carbon dioxide
1. Power supply: 220V/50HZ;
2. Output pressure: 0-10MPa;
3. Drive gas source: 0.4-0.8MPa;
4. Air source interface: PU Φ 12 quick plug;
5. High pressure outlet: ZG1/4 threaded interface;
Operating Procedure for Carbon Dioxide Boosting System
1) Connect the 220V/50HZ plug power supply.
2) Turn on the circuit breaker switch, and the touch screen will light up;
3) Connect the driving air and adjust the knob of the driving air pressure regulating valve to achieve the maximum driving air pressure of ≤ 0.8MPA;
4) Firstly, ensure that all valves are closed and the heater is closed;
5) Connect the gas inlet to the steel cylinder using a rubber hose (the cylinder can be folded down or inverted);
6) Observe whether the temperature and pressure display on the instrument is normal, and set the upper and lower limits of the temperature;
7) Open the valve of the steel cylinder, and the intake pressure gauge shows the intake pressure;
8) Set the upper and lower pressure values on the digital display (press the set button or confirm button to set later)
9) Rotate the booster switch, and the booster pump starts to operate, boosting the pipeline or gas storage tank. Stop boosting when the upper limit pressure value is reached, and automatically replenish pressure when it is lower than the lower limit value;
10) Select the temperature and quantity to turn on the heater based on the gas usage in the backend (which needs to be adjusted according to actual operating conditions);
11) High voltage switches and bypass switches should be operated according to actual working conditions and should normally be in the closed state;
12) The pressure reducing valve outputs a constant pressure value, which can be adjusted according to actual working conditions;
The core component of this carbon dioxide booster system is the carbon dioxide booster pump independently developed by our company through the introduction of foreign technology. This pump has many characteristics such as high output pressure, easy adjustment, automatic pressure maintenance, and high cost-effectiveness, and has been widely used.
By adjusting the regulating valve, the input air pressure can be regulated, and the output gas can be continuously adjusted accordingly.
The inlet of the booster pump needs to be regularly lubricated with oil (oil for turbine 32 pneumatic component)
