    The core component of Fuente brand hydraulic testing machine is a pneumatic liquid booster pump, which drives a large piston by air to achieve high-pressure output to the liquid high-pressure plunger, belonging to the category of reciprocating pumps.


    1、 The PLC controlled hydraulic testing machine can set pressure according to customer requirements, and can perform hydraulic testing and explosive damage testing on pipe fittings and valves. Set and operate according to customer requirements such as pressure holding and qualified alarm.


    2、 Characteristics


    1. This device can be used for liquid pressure testing.


    2. During liquid pressure testing, compressed air is used as the power source, and the output liquid pressure is proportional to the driving gas source pressure.


    3. By adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source, the corresponding liquid pressure can be obtained.


    4. When the driving gas source pressure is balanced with the liquid pressure, the gas-liquid booster pump stops charging, and the output liquid pressure stabilizes at the preset pressure. Therefore, it has the characteristics of explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure, small size, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, and wide applicability.


    5. During the gas pressure test, compressed air is directly connected through the air inlet on the side of the box, and then the test piece is tested through the high-pressure switch on each workstation.

    5、 Instructions for using the mechanical control part


    1. Add lubricating oil to the oil mist generator of the binary system; When the system is running, turn all switches to the off position, connect the air source through the driving air inlet, and install the tested part on the fixture at the high-pressure outlet.


    2. Connect the power plug and drive gas source;


    3. Adjust the pressure regulating valve on the work panel to ensure that the air pressure is not greater than 0.8 MPa (the specific pressure can be measured by dividing the pressure of the tested part by 16, which is the pressure that needs to be adjusted). The pressure can be seen through the pressure gauge.


    4. Select voltage withstand test or explosion test on the touch screen;


    Pressure resistance test: set the test pressure, allowable pressure drop, and holding time;


    5. First, open the manual valve and unloading valve, click the test start button, observe that all bubbles in the exhaust pipe are discharged, and then stop the experiment;


    6. Close the unloading valve, click the experiment start button again, the booster pump starts to operate, the pressure starts to rise, and when it reaches the set pressure value, stop boosting and start the pressure holding timer. When the time is up, if it is less than the allowable pressure drop, the green light will turn on, and if it is higher than the allowable pressure drop, the buzzer will sound an alarm;
