    Install


    The driving pressure connection range of the Fuente ZTV02 series air booster pump is (1Bar-8.3Bar max).


    danger Unauthorized changes or modifications to the system (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.) may cause damage to personnel and the system.


    Operation


    The working environment requires dust-free and non corrosive conditions.


    Each air booster pump is equipped with two L-legs, indicating that some notes indicate installation and space requirements.


    Gas source requirements and gas connection


    The driving air source of the pump must be clean and free of impurities. The drive interface should be marked (with remarks on the installation size of the port thread), and the driving and pre compression media should be connected. It is recommended to configure a filter device with accuracy that meets our requirements. The driving air inlet should be equipped with an oil mist device to lubricate the air booster pump body itself (it is recommended to add VG32 turbine oil to the oil mist device, as other oils will accelerate the aging of the seals).


    Pipeline requirements


    According to the output pressure of the pump, a pipeline that can withstand the rated output pressure of the pump must be selected.


    start


    a. Ensure that all interfaces are securely connected and the components are installed in place.


    b. Adjust the pressure reducing valve to adjust the air pressure to O psi.


    c. Turn on the intake switch and slowly increase the pressure reducing valve until the pump starts (under normal circumstances, the starting pressure of the pump is 15-20 psi). Continue to adjust and observe the high-pressure gauge to reach the pressure you need.
