The blasting test bench equipment is suitable for testing the blasting strength of various pressure bearing products. Our blasting test bench can achieve two testing methods: static pressure resistant blasting and dynamic pressure blasting according to requirements. The test bench has functions such as adjustable pressure, controllable pressure rise rate, real-time display of pressure curve, recording of instantaneous pressure values during blasting, and storage of experimental data. Equipment functional features:

Using ZTG liquid booster pump as the pressure source, the test pressure is high, and the maximum pressure can reach 640MPa. The output pressure can be infinitely adjusted, and the boosting rate can be freely set;

Using multiple pumps for pressure supply, the output flow rate is larger and the test range is wider, which can meet the requirements of blasting pressure testing from 1 to 640MPa;

All pump valves and pipelines are made of 316 stainless steel, which is a proprietary product of Fuente and can be used for most liquid pressure testing media such as water, oil, emulsions, etc;

The testing machine can use a two-level control system consisting of a computer and a microcontroller. The entire testing process can be operated and completed on the computer, which automatically generates pressure and time curves and stores various data. The test report can be printed out at any time. The testing process can also be manually controlled through button switches; (optional)

During the experiment, pressure compensation can be automatically performed, which has the characteristics of stable testing pressure and high pressure testing accuracy;

Computer automatic and manual pressure relief dual pressure relief devices, as well as high-pressure, high pressure, and leakage alarm systems, make the entire equipment safer, more secure, and reliable; (optional)
