1. Overview: The test equipment is a new type of pressure testing device developed by our company based on the working principle of the pneumatic boosting device imported from abroad and combined with the actual situation in China. The blasting (pressure resistance) test equipment produced by our company includes: blasting test bench, hose pressure pulse test machine, automotive parts pressure test bench, container blasting test bench, etc. This equipment complies with other general and specialized international and domestic testing standards for pressure components

The nitrogen ultra-high pressure pressurization system is used in conjunction with nitrogen cylinders to pressurize nitrogen for pressure testing in J/QDT-16AZ/Y product qualification tests

3.1. Main performance parameters of the equipment
3.1.1. The maximum output pressure is 60Mpa, and the pressure rise rate is less than or equal to 3000kpa/s
3.2. Main experimental items and functional requirements
3.2.1. Conduct a pressure test on the pressure volume or pressure bearing components at a pressure of 57.2Mpa, requiring a computer-controlled type that can detect changes in pressure rise curves and print and store functions.
4. Equipment principle and structure
4.1. Principle Introduction:
The nitrogen ultra-high pressure boosting test bench uses a gas booster pump as the power source and is controlled by a computer for pressure data acquisition, printing, and other functions.
This system pressurizes the gas in the steel cylinder, which is then pressurized by a first stage booster pump to a high-pressure storage tank and then pressurized by a second stage booster pump. The pressure value and holding time are set by the computer.
During the pressure rise process, the pressure rise curve can be observed for data analysis, and the pressure rise will automatically stop when the pressure reaches.

Equipment composition: mainly composed of pressure reducing device, high-pressure pipeline, control system, and control cabinet

6. Problems and solutions
The system (booster pump) is not working
a. Check if the driving air source is turned on and if the driving pressure meets the requirements
b. Check if the cylinder head air path of the booster pump is unobstructed
c. Check if the gas path of the reversing valve of the booster pump is unobstructed
The action of the booster pump suddenly accelerates, and the driving piston changes direction before reaching the end
a. Check if the pin hole at the reversing valve end of the booster pump has become a regular hole
b. Check if there is any leakage in the high-pressure chamber of the reversing valve of the booster pump
c. Check if there is any leakage in the control air pipe of the booster pump
The booster pump operates slowly, and the system's pressure rise is much slower than usual
a. Check if the system drive air path is obstructed
b. Check if the control air passage is obstructed
c. Check if the pinhole is obstructed
d. Check if the seal of the drive piston leaks
After the system reaches the set pressure or maintains pressure for a period of time, the pump does not stop
a. Check whether there is any leakage in the system control air passage, mainly checking the sealing of the booster pump striker and the reversing valve core
b. Check if the seal of the one-way valve at the outlet of the booster pump is damaged
c. Check if the high-pressure liquid seal is damaged
The system does not apply pressure
a. Sealing leakage of the inlet one-way valve of the booster pump
b. The high-pressure liquid seal is damaged, and in this case, liquid will be sprayed out from the muffler
The system does not maintain pressure
Check if the seal of the one-way valve at the outlet is damaged
