How to troubleshoot the compressed air supercharger of the pneumatic booster pump during use? The method is too simple!!
The pneumatic booster pump does not reciprocate, and the muffler does not exhaust or emits a small amount of exhaust
1. The reversing valve is stuck
2. Muffler blockage: 1. Remove the retaining spring of the directional valve, remove the valve core, clean the pollutants, and apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.
2. Remove the muffler and clean it thoroughly.
The air booster of the pneumatic booster pump does not reciprocate, and the muffler exhausts a large amount of air
1. The O-ring of the reversing valve core is severely worn. Remove the reversing valve clamp and replace the worn seal with a new one. Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating grease and install it properly.
The pump operates, but the stroke is not in place, and the pump is frequently abnormally fast or slow
1. The firing pin is stuck
2. The O-ring of the firing pin falls off. 1. Unscrew the firing pin, use pointed nose pliers to remove it, and wipe it clean.
3. Unscrew the firing pin and reset the O-ring
The air booster operates normally, but does not boost, or can boost but does not boost to the rated pressure.
1. The one-way valve is stuck or there are foreign objects inside the one-way valve.
2. The pressure piston seal is severely worn.
3. Check the one-way valve and clean the dirt
4. After eliminating the blockage of the one-way valve, replace the pressure piston seal.
