The core component of the airtightness test bench is the Fuente pneumatic gas booster pump. The ZTA series gas booster pump adopts a single gas controlled non-equilibrium gas distribution valve to achieve the reciprocating motion of the pump. All are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, and all seals are imported high-quality products. The maximum design driving pressure is 10 bar. To ensure the service life of the pump, it is recommended that the driving pressure be ≤ 8 bar. The drive piston diameter of this series of pumps is 160mm, which is a single acting pump. All single acting pump heads are equipped with exhaust cooling. The gas source pressure requirement is not greater than 0.8MPa (8kgf/cm ²). Taking the five times gas booster pump as an example below

If the pressure of the compressed air source is adjusted to 0.6 MPa, that is, when the intake pressure gauge of the driving gas shows 0.6 MPa, the gas pressure after pressurization is 3 MPa, that is, the displayed value of the high-pressure gas pressure gauge is 3 MPa.
3. Connect the pressurized air pipeline, and the range of pressurized intake pressure is 3.5 bar-40bar. After connecting the intake pipeline, the value on the pressurized medium pressure gauge can be observed.
4. When the pressure of the pressurized gas reaches the set pressure, that is, when the air cylinder is filled, the pressure on both sides reaches a balanced state, and the booster pump stops working. At this time, the pressure can be reduced to the pressure required by the customer through the pressure reducing valve. After the detection is completed, the compressed driving gas source can be closed, and the air cylinders on both sides can be closed. At this time, the high-pressure switch is opened to release the pressurized system pipeline, so that the high-pressure gas can be discharged. After the discharge is completed, immediately close the high-pressure unloading ball valve and proceed to the next inflation.
Operation steps of air tightness test bench - digital control type air tightness test bench:
1. Turn on the compressed air, output the air source, and adjust the pressure of the binary system, such as adjusting the compressed air source pressure to 0.6MPA;
2. Set the air tightness test on the digital display screen, set the holding time, press the start button, the solenoid valve will automatically open, the holding time will start, and the test will begin to detect; Subsequent airtightness tests only need to press the button and wait for the holding time
3. Set the boost pressure in the digital display screen, press the start button for the holding time, the solenoid valve will automatically open, and the system will boost. After reaching the set pressure, the system will automatically enter the holding state.
4. After the pressure maintenance is completed, the system will sound an alarm; Take out the test piece and proceed to the next experiment
