1. Operating conditions and environment

1.1. The ambient temperature for equipment use is -20 ℃ to 40 ℃

1.2. Equipment usage environment: capable of working in adverse environments such as salt alkali, humidity, and high dust at the seaside.

2. Technical, installation, and usage requirements for equipment

2.1. Choose Fuente brand pneumatic booster pump as the main pump;

2.2. The working pressure of the pneumatic testing machine is 0-35MPa and the flow rate is 50L/min;

2.3. The piping, casing, and valves of the booster pump are all made of stainless steel 304 material;

2.4. The nitrogen booster needs to be equipped with a safety valve;

2.5. Install a filter at the nitrogen outlet, which is easy to disassemble and clean;

2.6. The main pump is easy to disassemble;

2.7. The inlet and outlet of the booster pump are 1/2NPT internal threads;

2.8. The instruments on the equipment need to have calibration certificates and be shock resistant;

3. Acceptance criteria and procedures for equipment

3.1. The acceptance criteria are as follows:

a、 Appearance and steel structure inspection:

3.3. The relevant certificates of conformity and instructions (two copies) that the product comes with must be complete. Within one year after the acceptance of the product, if the product malfunctions under normal use, Party B shall repair it free of charge and ensure timely supply of spare parts after one year.

3.4 The after-sales service of Party B shall be timely and effective, and shall respond within 12 hours after receiving the fault notification from Party A.
